The short version

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages get read, and it collects what you type into the support form to answer you. Its fonts are self-hosted — there is no font CDN, no embedded video, and no social widgets. Google Analytics is the one third-party request this site makes.

Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages get read and how visitors move through the catalog, so that time goes into the products and documentation people actually use. Loading a page here loads a script from googletagmanager.com and sets cookies used to distinguish your visit from others.

Google Analytics collects the pages you view, an approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type, and the site or search engine that referred you. It does not receive your name or email address from this site — those exist only in support-form email, described below, and are never passed to Google. Analytics data is sent to Google, which processes it on this site’s behalf under its own terms; Google may combine it with data it holds from other sources.

There is no cookie-consent banner on this site. If you would rather not be measured, two options work: install Google’s official Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies from google-analytics.com and googletagmanager.com in your browser’s own settings. Analytics does not run at all if you are logged in to this site’s administration area, and does not run on the development or staging copies of this site.

What the support form collects

When you submit a support request, the form sends your name, email address, the product you selected, any version numbers you supplied, and your message to tumilssupport@gmail.com. That inbox is read by the developer and nobody else.

The message is delivered by email and is not stored in this site’s database. Your IP address is briefly recorded in a temporary record used to rate-limit submissions; it expires automatically after ten minutes and is never written to the message.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to recognise repeat visits, described above. Beyond that, this site sets no cookies of its own for visitors. WordPress may set a session cookie if you log in to the administration area, which applies only to the site owner.

Server logs

The web host records standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — as every web server does. These are retained by the host under its own policy and are used only to diagnose faults and abuse.

Plugins you install

The plugins distributed from this site do not phone home, do not transmit telemetry, and do not require an account. What happens on your WordPress installation stays on your server. Where a plugin stores data, its own documentation says so and where.

Your rights

You can ask what has been recorded about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email tumilssupport@gmail.com and it will be handled. Since the only record kept directly by this site is an email thread, deletion of that record means the thread is deleted; Google Analytics data is aggregate and not looked up or deleted per visitor by this site, though Google’s own account tools and the opt-out add-on above are available to you directly.

Changes

If this site ever starts doing something this page does not describe, this page changes first. The date at the top is the last time it did.
