Who you are dealing with

Tumil’s is a one-person software workshop. There is no company behind it, no support department, and no sales team. When you email support, you reach the person who wrote the code.

Licence

The plugins distributed here are licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. You may use them on as many sites as you like, read and modify the source, and redistribute them under the same licence.

No warranty

The software is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. That is the GPL’s language and it is meant literally: run it on a staging copy first, and keep backups. A tool that verifies migrations is not a substitute for being able to restore one.

Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis through the support form. The realistic expectation is a reply within one business day. There is no contractual response time, and free plugins carry the same support route as paid ones.

Refunds

Paid plugins sold through the Divi Marketplace are governed by Elegant Themes’ refund policy, because that is where the transaction happens. Plugins distributed free through WordPress.org involve no payment and so no refund.

Trademarks

Divi is a trademark of Elegant Themes, Inc. Tumil’s is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Elegant Themes, Inc. Products here that name Divi do so descriptively, to identify what they are compatible with. WordPress is a trademark of the WordPress Foundation.

These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did.
